By creating an account, signing up for a subscription, or otherwise using TermRoam (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TermRoam provisions and manages dedicated virtual servers on your behalf and provides a customer portal for managing your subscription, servers, and team.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated at checkout. You may cancel at any time from the portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system.
You retain ownership of any content and data you store on servers provisioned through the Service. We access it only as needed to operate, support, or secure the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms or non-payment, consistent with the grace-period policy described in the portal. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TermRoam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
