This policy describes how TermRoam collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service.
We collect account information (name, email), billing information (processed by our payment processor, not stored on our servers), and operational data needed to provision and monitor your servers (e.g. server status, usage metrics).
We use this information to operate the Service, process payments, provide support, send transactional emails (magic links, invites, billing and server-status notices), and improve the Service.
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. payment processing, email delivery, infrastructure hosting), and only as needed for them to perform those services. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we purge portal personal data and destroy associated servers per the reclaim window described in the portal.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account information at any time from the portal, or by contacting support.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
